I started Brite Spot Cleaning with the concept of not just cleaning houses but building a business that provides people joy! Whether it was through a clean home, positive interactions, a caring work environment or supporting our local community…  our vision would be; to put a Brite spot in someone’s day.

As of today we are doing just that.

How are prices determined for services?
  • Pricing is determined based on a client’s cleaning needs and home square footage.

  • Prices agreed for services are based on what is discussed in the initial agreement. There may be a need for reevaluation of the price for services rendered if conditions of the home change. Clients will always be given ample notice of price increases and given the option to continue or discontinue services.

Do you guarantee your services?

Our Brite Spot Service Promise is meant to provide our clients with a peace of mind. If a client is ever dissatisfied with any aspect of their recent services, just give us a call within 24 hours and we’ll resolve the problem at no additional cost to you. We take client satisfaction seriously.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Clients may pay by cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (fees apply). Payment is due at time of service.

Can a service be rescheduled or cancelled?

Clients can reschedule or cancel a service 48 hours before a scheduled cleaning without any penalty or fee.

What do I need to do to prepare for my scheduled cleaning service?
  • It’s not our intention that you “clean” before we get to your home but we do ask that general clutter, clothing, trash, toys, dirty dishes, etc. be picked up as much as possible. This preparation allows us to focus on cleaning surfaces and not spend time tidying.

  • We are a pet-friendly company that is mindful of the safety of our employees and your pet. If there is a chance your pet will become aggressive, or interfere with the cleaning of your home, we ask that you have your pet crated or gated in area of your choice.

  • Clients are more than welcome to be home. Please be mindful of our strict schedule and refrain from distractions or long conversations.
